The biogas generator CHP set developed by our company adopts the Sino-US joint venture Cummins gas engine and its power range is 15KW ~ 600KW. Our company has developed the control system of gas engine. The thermal efficiency conversion, lean combustion, supercharger control, closed-loop control, high energy ignition, repeat ignition and other technologies adopted by the engine are at the forefront in the world. Product has passed the ISO9001 international quality management certification and the emission standards meet EuropeanⅢ or European IV. Compared with similar products, the biogas generator CHP set produced by our company is featured with high reliability, security, low costs, easy maintenance and so on. According to different customers’ needs, it is suitable for biogas, landfill gas and other biomass gases.

1. Electronic air/gas mixer, which can supply best air/gas ratio to improve working efficiency.
2. Ignition system: Working life and stability of generator are greatly improved by high-precision electronic ignition system.
3. Long overhaul period: 18000-25000 hours.
4. Automatic smart control system, easy to handle. Genset controller uses micro-processing technique which can carry out precision measure, constant value adjustment, timing and threshold setting and alarm protective etc.
